These terms cover free private-beta access to Tailored programmes, member responsibilities and the limits of the service.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and keep your account secure. One account is for one member. You must update the assessment when circumstances materially change.
The service
Tailored supplies personalised general fitness, performance and nutrition guidance, workout tracking and automated weekly reviews. Programme availability, exercises and features may improve over time. The service does not guarantee a particular weight, appearance, competition result or timescale.
Free private-beta access
Private-beta access is currently provided without charge. No card details are requested, no Stripe checkout is active and no recurring payment is created. Training, the seven-day meal plan, Personal Meal Prep tools, progress tracking and weekly reviews are included so the full product can be tested.
Beta availability and feedback
Beta access may be limited, paused or ended while faults are corrected or the service is prepared for launch. Testers should report inaccurate, unsafe or broken content. Any future paid offer will require a separate, clearly labelled choice; beta participation does not authorise an automatic charge.
Health responsibilities
You are responsible for completing screening honestly, using suitable equipment, training in an appropriate environment and seeking medical advice when needed. Follow the Health & Safety boundaries, including the prohibition on rapid weight-cutting and dehydration protocols.
Acceptable use and ownership
Programmes are licensed for the beta member's personal use. You may not resell, republish, scrape, reverse engineer or use Tailored output to operate another coaching service. Tailored branding, product design, source code and programme systems remain private protected intellectual property.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and data secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, Tailored is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate member information, ignoring safety guidance or using the service outside its intended scope.
Changes and statutory rights
Material changes to access, future pricing or these terms will be communicated before they take effect. Your mandatory consumer rights under the law applying where you live are not reduced by these terms.
